PT. Wahana Pamunah Limbah Industri is a hazardous waste treatment company. The company was founded in 2004 as the frontier in managing hazardous waste produced by industrial society and has since then accumulated project expertise. Adopting an up-to-date technology and systems which were integrated from developed countries, the company thrives to provide safe, efficient, and simple operation and supervision of hazardous waste management.


Major business areas include industrial waste water treatment and waste incineration. PT. Wahana Pamunah Limbah Industri’s vision aims to continue its growth geographically and technically, as well as to increase the awareness to preserve our environment and its value to future generations.

History

Wahana Pamunah Limbah Industri (PT WPLI) is a company engaged in the processing of hazardous and toxic waste materials. The company started with the founder’s concern for the environment and the local community, therefore the founder has a desire to build a company that focuses on environmental improvements from hazardous and toxic waste materials.


The company owns 7 hectares of land purchased in 1995, located on the main road of Rangkas Bitung, Parakan Village, Jawilan, Serang, Banten Province. In early 2004, the founders of the company approached government and community officials to introduce the idea of ​​establishing a waste management plant in their area.


In March 2001 with the old ownership of Foreign Investment Company (PMA) owned by Korea, PT WPLI obtained the deed of establishment based on Notarial Deed. No. 11 and has been endorsed by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights with no. C-341.HT.0310-th2002.


On June 22nd, 2017 with new ownership to become a Domestic Investment Company (PMDN), PT WPLI obtained the PPAT Act issued by Notarial Deed No. 736 approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with No. AHU-0088168.AH.01.11-th2017


PT. WPLI currently has License from environmental and forestry ministries to manage hazardous and toxic waste, such as Processing Permit, Permit for Utilization, Transport Permit, Environmental Permit, Amdal, RKL and RPL, Environmental Feasibility.
